Dead on Arrival (DOA) Warranty

If you unbox a disposable vape and find it is completely non-functional or leaking upon opening, we offer a direct 24-hour exchange replacement. Please record a brief unboxing video showing the scratch QR verification and testing the device, then WhatsApp it to our dispatch line within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Exceptions

We do not support returns or refunds for:

• Flavors you do not personally prefer.
• Devices damaged by dropping, water submersion, or improper charging.
• Products that have already been consumed.
